Leadership day!
On Tuesday
17th of September the year five & six’s had their leadership day. We were building compost bins.
In the
morning we were either digging holes, prying wood apart with the crowbar or
cleaning the worm farm. All the girls apart
from Gabrielle and I were cleaning the worm farm. Hayden, Ashton and Ezekiel were digging the
holes. Ted, Stirling and Bond were using
the crowbar. Gabrielle and I were
pulling out nails. Mr Avery was helping
us build the compost bins.
After
morning tea we were setting up putting the pellets where they were going to go
and we started nailing everything together.
All of us put the compost bins together.
It was about one o’clock when we were finished. They look awesome.
